Skip the hitch pin and get hooked up faster with InstaLatch. This dual ball mount gives you both common hitch ball sizes on one mount, so you can switch trailers without swapping gear or digging for another ball mount.
If you're swapping gear in and out of your hitch, you know how frustrating it can be when the pin won't line up and you're stuck crouching down in the gravel or mud trying to get it lined up. This ball mount takes that step out of the process. Pull the release to retract the pins, slide it into your 2" receiver, and let it go. The spring-loaded pins lock into the hitch pin hole automatically, so there's nothing to line up during install. When you're done, pull the release again and slide it back out just as fast.
This dual ball mount gives you both 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls in one setup. The balls are welded on, so there's nothing to install or torque. When you're moving between different trailers, you don't have to swap ball mounts or keep track of extra gear. Flip to the size you need and keep moving.
This ball mount uses a latch system instead of a traditional hitch pin, so it's important to secure it before towing. Use the included wire lock pin to prevent accidental release if the latch is bumped. It's a quick step that helps keep everything in place while you're on the road. This design is only compatible with 2" receivers and can't be used with reducers.
The ball mount is e-coated and powder coated to help resist rust on the outside. Inside, the latch mechanism uses stainless steel components to help prevent corrosion. If the pins start to feel tight over time, a small amount of lightweight oil will help keep them operating smoothly.
Want to make your towing setup quieter, more secure, or easier to store? These accessories are sold separately and work with your InstaLatch ball mount.
JD's the guy behind Big Truck Big RV, and he doesn't put his name on gear he doesn't use. He's been towing long enough to know what works and what doesn't. He's used this ball mount, trusted it, and put it through real trips with his own family riding along. If it says BTBRV, it's been tested in the kind of conditions that separate the good stuff from the junk.
Not compatible with 2-1/2" or larger hitches. Reducers cannot be used due to pin size. Always secure the mount with the included wire lock pin before towing. A compatible 1/4" diameter lock (not included) can also be used.
